Our 10 Step Home Sales Strategy
1. Comprehensive pre-listing review of home
We want to make sure that your home creates an emotional response for buyers when they walk in the door. We do this by offering ideas of how to get your home into the condition that most buyers are looking for. Most of the time it is simple fixes that provide a great return for the seller.

We call it pulsing the market. Our job is to keep you informed of what is happening in the market place. If there is a shift in demand, we will provide you with data that shows the shift. At the end of the day, we want to provide you with the information that you need to make wise decisions. One of the biggest complaints I hear about people in our profession is that they put a sign in the yard and I never heard from them again. We don't operate this way. We will be in touch at a minimum weekly, providing feedback on showings that took place and keeping you abreast of what has sold or come on the market in your area.
